E-STAR系列全自动桶装扎啤灌装生产线是扎啤酒桶的专用自动清洗灌装设备。它采用进口奥地利贝加莱PCC控制系统，机械同步自动移桶机构，可完成扎啤桶的清洁预洗、碱洗、热水冲洗、蒸汽杀菌、CO2备压和新鲜啤酒的灌装等工艺步骤。本设备特别配备清洁桶内壁强洗，酒矛反冲洗及桶口冲洗等刷洗功能，可保证桶的内外清洁，灌装后的啤酒在常温下质保期可达叁个月以上。

◆ 本机是桶装扎啤专用清洗灌装设备，适用于井式酒矛和板式酒矛的20L、30L、50L不锈钢扎啤桶的清洗及灌装。
◆ 采用全自动工作方式，自动完成桶的工位转移及各工位的清洗灌装，无需人员手动操作。
◆ 采用机械曲杆联动方式，使设备运行平稳、可靠、定位准确。
◆ 配置有自动流量检测，压力检测，空气清吹残液检测，酒矛开启检测，杀菌温度检测性能，并带有工位工序施行检测报警装置，确保灌装酒品质理化指标的合格。
◆ 灌装采用CO2备压，保压式恒压全封闭灌装方式，灌装量采用电子流量计检测，确保灌装啤酒的准确性。
◆ 带有自动CIP功能和CO2管路杀菌，可保证各个管路系统的卫生，使桶装酒符合卫生标准。确保啤酒品质风味一致性。
◆ 本设备配置清洗水箱，采用自动补水、自动加热及恒温，清洗、液位开关检测装置，保证清洗工艺有效完成。配备节能环保热水回收水箱装置，将使用过的热水进行二次循环再利用，达到节水、节能的经济和环保效益。
◆ 配置有不锈钢桶外刷洗，自动称重,翻桶系统，进出口输送带系统，可供客户要求选择。

◆This equipment configures clean water tank,and full production with automatic replenishment, automatic heating and temperature devices, cleaning device, liquid level switch detection device, to ensure the integrity of cleaning process. Equipped with energy saving hot water recovery tank unit, hot water will be used for secondary recycling, to water and energy saving economic and environmental benefits.
